Sugary

This is my picture for Illustration Friday the theme is sugary. "Sugary" was made using watercolor pencils and ink.

This painting didn't turn out exactly the way I saw it in my head, but then, what does?

Working on the picture did get my creative juices flowing and that's the important thing.

Now, if you'll excuse me I need to go mop up my juices.

Do you ever lose control of your juices? Do you ever get the urge to leave me some love?

  • Control of my juices? I've got 8 grandkids... juice control is an ongoing battle!!*grin*

"Juices? juices...let me tell you about my juices" says the fly to the spider.

    Don't you love October?

  • ldahl: EIGHT! Good God/dess. Let the juices flow! What a handful.
Normally, I love October. So far it's been a rough one though. Things have got to get better soon though. Right?

  • Yes Unknown things always get better...then they get rocky again then they get better...etc, life, huh? What can you do? Hang in there and roll with the punches. Try and keep a good attitude and some good friends.

My oldest son is marrying a wonderful lady with two awesome kids, my daughter has three sweeties and my youngest son has three sweeties.
All the sweeties(Skittles) were together for youngest grandson's second birthday party weekend before last. His parents rented a bouncing house and there was lots of juice(soda)flying everywhere!
    Pretty fun.
All three of my kids are very family oriented so the grandkids are all pretty awesome, but can be handfuls, normal!

  • ldahl: I'm OK with riding life's waves. I'm just a little shocked and awed at how things have turned out.
Big family chaos sounds like fun. I think I need to marry a woman with a big family.
    BWHAhahahahahahahahahaha...
